Ms. Bartlett
I love OES! I have been teaching here since 2004 and what a great place it is! I feel so lucky that I get to work with such great students and staff every day. I graduated high school in Keokuk, IA and went on to the University of Northern Iowa. Go Panthers! In 2013 I graduated with my Masters in Education from Viterbo University.
My hobbies include spending time with family and friends. I love to travel, take pictures, and scrapbook. I currently serve on the board of FACE of Mahaska County, the local arts non-profit organization, and volunteer at the Oskaloosa Art Center and Studios, run by FACE for public art and community arts education. Contact me if you're interested in learning more about classes and Summer Art Camp.
One of my goals is to do more of my own artwork. Ceramics is my favorite medium but I enjoy painting, drawing, and would love to do more fabric arts and mixed media.

Mrs. Stodghill
Hi! My name is Orla Stodghill. I graduated from Central College in Pella, Iowa in 1995 and with my Masters in Education from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin in 2013. I have taught both children and adult art classes in Pella and Oskaloosa at the public libraries, public schools, and at their art centers.
I have been married to my husband, Tom, since 1996 and have a daughter, Olivia, and a son, Andrew. We also have a “furry daughter” named Ginny, a yellow lab mix. We live on a small farm where we grow corn and soybeans and raise chickens, sheep, a turkey, llamas, and goats. I love food, to laugh, to read and most kids. I enjoy “hot rods” and have several fast classics. In the past, I have volunteered at our local library, church, art center, and Iowa State University Extension Office.
